Approach

In the implementation process, emphasis was laid on an integrated and systemic programme concept.  The programme concept emphasizes the thematic linkages between and the complementary design of the four proposed components/ areas of intervention: (i) SME Sector Policy; (ii) Local Economic Development; (iii) Competitiveness of selected Sub-sectors, and (iv) Material Testing and advanced Technical Services
